The newly established entity will operate as Zeochem Silica Materials Inc., located at 2500 Bd du Parc Technologique, Quebec, QC G1P 456, Canada (formerly SiliCycle Inc.).
With over 200 years of history, and a longtime expertise in molecular sieves, chromatography gels, and deuterated compounds, Zeochem is significantly strengthening its position in life sciences and purification markets through the acquisition. SiliCycle has long been recognized a leader in high-purity silica-based solutions for chromatography, purification, and catalysis.
This acquisition represents a major milestone in the CPH Group and Zeochem’s growth strategy, expanding our global footprint to 15 locations and reinforcing our commitment to delivering impactful, high-quality, and innovative products and solutions.
