Paolo has held positions at esteemed companies including Farmitalia Carlo Erba, then Antibioticos S.p.A., becoming Head of R&D for Extraction and Chemistry for 16 years, then joining Procos S.p.A. in 2006, as the Head of R&D and Business Development. Moreover, he is currently serving as an active Board Member of CBC-Procos S.p.A since 2009.
